Naturally gluten free with no additives or preservatives. We make every batch by hand using simple ingredients: butter, sugars and cream. Each caramel is hand wrapped in wax paper and packaged for your future enjoyment.

The Yellow Brick Bakery was inspired by a love of creating, holiday gift-giving and a childhood spent "playing store" and wishing for a pair of ruby slippers.
