DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES

• Prices can vary, depending on the design, details, number of colors and the size. The price per dozen listed is a starting point.
• Orders are placed by the dozen. 
• Mini sized cookies have a two dozen minimum order.

MACARONS

• Prices don’t fluctuate, unless a request is made for an elaborate design such as metallic coloring, royal icing piped designs on the shells, etc.
• Macarons are sold by the dozen, in a single flavor.  Shell colors can be customized for every two dozen ordered. Example: One color for two dozen, Two colors for four dozen, Three colors for six dozen, etc.

DROP COOKIES

• Priced as listed.  
• Chocolate dipping is available at an additional cost.

California Cottage Law prohibits me from shipping at this time.

All products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish and crustacean shellfish.

1. Review the Menu/Pricing section to decide if you would like to proceed.   
2. Fill out the  Gourmet Cookie Request Form and submit for a quote. Be sure to attach design inspiration photos (i.e. invitations, color palettes, theme, etc.)  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
3. You will receive an email confirmation  with any design questions  needing further clarity so that I may accurately quote your request.  A 50% deposit is required to place your order on my calendar.  

Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until  a deposit has been received.  For very large orders, or those with less than a  14-day lead time, I require a non-refundable deposit  of 50%  the total accepted quote.  Orders with 14+ days lead time, still require a deposit of 50%, but that fee is refundable up until 7 days of the order pick up date.

I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 7 days prior to your pick up date.  No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made.  Cancellation requests received less than 7 days will be refunded, less the 50% deposit previously paid to secure the date.  I do not offer refunds of any kind for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or once cookies have already been made.   

No.  I limit the number of designs to 3-4 per dozen.

DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES:

• All cookies are individually heat sealed to ensure optimal freshness (mini cookies are sealed in groups of 2-3) at no extra cost.  This allows the cookies to stay fresh for up to 3 weeks when also stored in an airtight container. 
• Sugar cookies should not be refrigerated, as this can dry them out.  They can be frozen, however. 

MACARONS:

• Best enjoyed at room temperature, within 3-5 days of receiving. 
• Upon receipt, macarons should be placed in the refrigerator.
• Macarons can be frozen for up to 3 months.

A cookie care card in s included with all of our custom orders.

Yes!  My cookies freeze very well.  This provides an alternative when ordering if the exact date you’re looking for is not available.  To freeze cookies you will very carefully place them in the freezer (in an airtight container or ziplock bag) and take them out of the freezer the night before you’ll be needing them.  DO NOT open the container or ziplock until the cookies are completely thawed.  This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.

Absolutely!  You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your cookie theme for a $20 non refundable deposit.  Your remaining balance will then be paid once your theme has been chosen, no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick up.  Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies.
