If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please do so 7 days before your scheduled pick up date or sooner for a refund in full.   Cancellation requests received less than 7 day of your scheduled pick up date  will incur a 20% cancellation fee  (80% of your payment will be refunded). I  do not offer refunds of any kind for cancellations with less than  72 hours  notice.  Thank you for understanding.
